Congratulations to our two brilliant students who have won places at college and will be taking up their places in September

 

   Jasmin Armstrong  has been accepted on the Royal Academy of Dance on a three year couse leading to BA (Hons) in Ballet Eduacation. Only 30 places are offered from around the globe.

 

 Frankie Bunce  has been accepted at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting studying on a three year course leading to a BA (Hons ) in Musical Theatre.

 

Both Jasmin and Frankie have been with our school since they were very young. They are both Advanced students and study Tap, Modern, Ballet and Jazz . In their spare time they also help the younger students and both have always been fully involved in our school shows. We are so very proud of them  and will miss them so much  We wish them every success in their chosen careers and know they will do well.

ISDT MARJORIE DAVIS   TAP AWARDS  

 

 CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE. YOU WERE ALL BRILLIANT.

 

On Sunday 7th February  eight students were selected to enter this prestigious competition in London

By 9am  the Juniors ,Brooke Rumbold, Libby Kenley, Amelia Roberts, & Rachel Humphreys were preparing together with another 40 competitors  to take to the stage . During the next hour they were taught various routines which were then performed to the judges and audience. Finally they performed their solos to a packed theatre.  All the girls danced really well and everyone was delighted when Brooke achieved a medal with a Commended Certificate.

 

Then it was the turn of the Seniors 

 Amber O'rourke, Chloe Hammerton and Chancey Gregory joined another 40 competitors and provided the audience with some brilliant performances.

 

Finally Saffron Armstrong delighted the audience in the Premier Section to win the class prize in her section.
