Vocational Ballet Classes
These are provided for students who have achieved good results in Grade examinations, have a love of dance and who may want the opportunity to follow a career in dance. Students accepted to these classes must be able to concentrate for long periods of time and be able to welcome constructive comments and correction. At least three ballet classes are needed each week in order to progress.
UCAS points
23/08/2011 We are delighted to announce that UCAS tariff points for Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations in Dance at Level 3 are confirmed.
What this means is that candidates who have achieved a Pass or higher at Grades 6-8, Intermediate or Advanced Foundation can use their exam result as contributing towards their points tariff when applying to a university or Higher Education institution in the UK.
These tariff points can be used for applications from 2012 onwards.

Modern Stage Dance & Jazz
Classes are provided for children who love to dance and exercise to their favourite music. Students gain strength and coordination as they learn simple dance steps leading to more complex routines as they progress through the grades. On reaching a good grade three standard, students can join the Bronze Jazz class which is the perfect introduction to the West End stage. Classes follow the syllabus of the ISTD from Grade One to Major levels. Tap Dance
Tap dance is very popular with all age groups and we offer classes for children from four years. Our beginners' class introduces students to the fun of tap dancing and encourages rhythm, coordination and movement as well as providing good exercise. Students progress through the Grades and Majors achieving examinations organised by the ISTD.
